 Eucalypts are an iconic feature of the 
 Australian bushland yet with 1000 species\, they can be a mystery to ident
 ify. To become intimate with this challenging group\, it’s often easier 
 to take a deep dive focusing solely on species local to your area. So\, wh
 y don't you join us for Paul Gadsby's eucalypt identification workshop.&nb
 sp\;The workshop is divided into four components:

 Paul Gadsby's bio
 
 Paul i
 s a passionate botanist and educator with over 25 years of experience stud
 ying Australia’s native flora. With a strong background in ecological re
 storation\, Paul brings more than 18 years of hands-on expertise in the re
 storation industry to every project he undertakes.
 Currently\, Paul teac
 hes conservation and ecosystem management at TAFE\, where he shares his de
 ep knowledge of native vegetation with the next generation of land manager
 s and conservationists. He also consults on botanical surveys and biodiver
 sity assessment method assessments\, offering detailed and insightful ecol
 ogical analyses.
 Combining his love of botany with education\, photograp
 hy\, and fieldwork\, Paul is also the author of several upcoming native pl
 ant identification books. He regularly runs engaging botany workshops\, in
 cluding sessions focused on eucalypt identification and vegetation communi
 ty classification.
 Whether he’s in the classroom\, leading a survey\, 
 or exploring the bush on a weekend hike\, Paul is driven by a lifelong cur
 iosity and respect for Australia’s unique natural landscapes.
